Returns and Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). All items must be returned in new, un-used, and resaleble condition. Please note: Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you'll have the option to receive an in-store credit as your refund or to credit the gift giver's original payment method.

Please note that all holiday merchandise and special occasion merchandise is subject to the following return policy: All holiday merchandise must be returned within 15 days of that holiday, for example all Halloween merchandise must be returned by 11/15; all Christmas merchandise must be returned by 1/15. Personalized or monogrammed orders cannot be canceled and are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

We value our customer's satisfaction, and if, for any reason, you need to cancel an order, the following will apply:

Any cancellation that is due to no fault of our customers, such as out of stock items or discontinued items will be subject to a full refund. Any cancellation made the same calendar day as the purchase will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a 6% processing fee. This fee will be deducted from the original purchase price.

As we do not carry the pre-manufactured furniture of the big box stores, and use manufacturers that do not mass produce their items, we can only ATTEMPT TO CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER 3 DAYS. We cannot cancel an order once it has reached the production process.
